RETURN POLICY

At Xavielle, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We offer a 7 day Return & 7 day Exchange Policy for domestic orders. All return and exchange requests must be initiated by emailing us at care.xavielle@gmail.com

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please log in to your account and select Cancel Order.

After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process after receiving the package.

2. Domestic Returns (India)

Damaged on Arrival: If the package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and email us immediately at care.xavielle@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will issue a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

Doorstep Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Proof of Return: It is mandatory to obtain a physical or digital receipt from the courier person. In case of a lost shipment, this receipt is required for processing your refund.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check.

3. Domestic Exchanges (India)

You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Process: We will arrange a pickup. Once we receive the original item, the replacement will be shipped within 7 working days.

Price Difference:  If the new item is more expensive, we will provide a coupon code for your returned item’s value; you can pay the balance at checkout.

If the new item is cheaper, the balance will be issued as a Store Credit/Credit Note.

4. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange

  1. Products showing physical damage or signs of wear.

  2. Sarees where Fall and Edging have been completed.

  3. Customized or Made to Order products.

  4. Requests raised after the 7day window.

  5. Items previously exchanged (we only allow one exchange per order).

5. Store Credit Guidelines

Validity: Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Usage: Must be used in a single transaction at checkout.

Finality: Once you opt for Store Credit, it cannot be converted back into a cash refund.
