Shipping Availability

Currently, we provide shipping only within India (Domestic Orders Only).
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all orders within India.

Order Cut Off Time: 12:00 AM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time.

Handling Time: 0 To 1 Business Day (Monday to Saturday).

Transit Time: 2 To 6 Business Days (depending on location).

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Standard Orders
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Customized Orders
Can be cancelled within 48 hours only. Once customization begins, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Domestic Returns (India Only)

Customers must request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be shipped back within 2 days after return approval.

Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact. A quality check will be conducted upon receipt.

100% Refund Policy

We provide a 100% refund of the product value in the following cases

  1. Damaged product received
  2. Incorrect product delivered
  3. Verified size mismatch from our side

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional courier charges for address correction or reattempted delivery must be paid by the customer.
